Fees

If your relationship has broken down and you have decided you want to get divorced, or you want some initial advice to help you understand the way forward, we understand that you want professional advice promptly – and you want to know how much it will cost.

When a matter is complex or your spouse defends proceedings it is not easy to predict the actual final cost of the divorce as it all depends on the amount of work that has to be carried out by your Solicitor and the Courts.   Where the divorce is agreed by you and your spouse, costs are easier to predict and in these cases Taylor Bracewell is pleased to offer you a range of fixed fee divorce packages to help you through the divorce procedure and with other family related issues.  You can choose which package(s) you want to take up based on the amount of advice and help you need or on your budget.
