Experienced Agricultural Property Lawyer - Fee Share - Doncaster & Sheffield

We are currently looking for an experienced Agricultural Property Lawyer to join our Commercial Property Team based in our Doncaster office: The successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience of dealing with agricultural property matters. This position will be on a fee share basis and can be tailored to suit full time or part time candidates.

Experienced PI and Litigation Paralegal - Doncaster

We are currently looking for a PI and Litigation Paralegal with a view to offering a Training Contract.  The position is working within our Dispute Resolution Department based at our Railway Court Office in Doncaster.  It may be necessary to work at our additional offices in Doncaster and Sheffield when required. The ideal candidate must have a least two years relevant experience in litigation and be able to run their own caseload and produce their own work.  The caseload will cover Road Traffic Accidents, Personal Injury and EL matters.   The position is full time and salary is dependent on experience.

Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal - Doncaster & Sheffield

We are currently looking for experienced Conveyancing Paralegals to join our teams based in our Doncaster and Sheffield offices with a view to offering a Training Contract. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years relevant experience. The role will include the following:-
  • Responsible for managing sale and purchase files and take taking initial instructions from Clients and be able to prioritise workload.
  • Checking mortgage offers, searches and report back to clients.
  • Deal with enquiries raised by other solicitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls in order to update or deal with queries and take initial instructions.
  • Dealing with administrative duties, preparation of all forms of contracts, leasehold reports and all other documents relating to a Conveyancing transaction.
  • Dealing with pre-completion matters, including preparation of completion statements and billing documentation.
  • Experience of using case management system and running volume of Residential Conveyancing files.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, keyboard skills, excellent telephone manner and good customer care skills
  • Any other tasks delegated by the Head of Department and the Practice Manager.

Experienced Employment Paralegal - Sheffield 

We are currently looking for an experienced Employment Paralegal to join our Employment Department to assist the Head of Department, with a view to offering a Training Contract. The position will be at our Sheffield Office although it may be necessary to work at our Doncaster offices when necessary. The ideal candidate would have at least two years’ experience of dealing with or assisting on employment cases.  The role will involve: -
  • Supporting the Head of Department
  • Document production using Outlook, Word and Excel including amending and formatting legal documentation
  • Dealing with day to day administration duties including filing, emailing management and preparing invoices.
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties
  • Attending clients to take instructions and deal with the signing of documents
  • Drafting of legal documents
  • Marketing and business development
The position is full time and salary is dependent on experience.  

Experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary - Doncaster

We are currently recruiting for a full time/part time Personal Injury Legal Secretary to assist in our Dispute Resolution Team at our Railway Court Office, Doncaster.  Two years minimum previous experience is required and must have experience of dealing with the Ministry of Justice Claims Portal. Tasks to include the following:
  • Supporting a team of Fee Earners within the Firm
  • Document production including audio typing and preparing reports
  • Using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Billing and completions preparation where applicable
  • Picking up general day to day admin and PA duties including filing and email management

We are currently recruiting for a full time Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant for our Residential Conveyancing Department.    Two years minimum previous experience in Residential Conveyancing is required. The daily duties will include the following:

  • Document production including audio typing and preparing reports
  • Using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
